Rosemary Daggett, 64, of Belleville, IL, born October 28, 1952 in East St. Louis, IL, passed away August 31, 2017 in Belleville.

Mrs. Daggett retired as case worker with the Illinois Department of Human Services. In her free time she enjoyed caring for her flowers, shopping, and watching television. Rosemary and Steven were able to enjoy their extensive travels together, as they visited places all over the world. She will always be remembered as a person who loved everybody and who loved life.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Norma P., nee Heinlein, Daggett; a special friend of over 30 years, Steven Prader; two sisters, Shirley Rae Gunter and Flo Jean Keeling.

Rosemary is survived by her loving son, Gary Lee Holloway, II; her father, Paul Daggett; a brother, Robert Daggett, a sister, Elaine Daggett; a nephew, Todd Gunter; six nieces, Trina Lynn (Matt) Gross, Jessica Marie (Anthony) Miller, Carlie Sheree Daggett, Shane Renee (Marty) Heskett, Kimberly Marie (John) Frawley, and Laurie Ann (Tommy) Blanton; her former husband, Gary Lee Holloway; as well as many other relatives and friends.

Visitation: Friends may call from 2:00 to 6:00 pm on Monday, September 4, 2017 at Lake View Funeral Home, 5000 N. Illinois, Fairview Heights, IL.

Funeral: Services will be held at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Lake View Funeral Home with Pastor David Boedeker officiating. Interment will follow in Lake View Memorial Gardens.
