Sheila Rae Olin, 63, of Stevensville, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Sunday, March 11, 2012.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 14, at Starks & Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph, with Deacon Mike Gallagher officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00-3:00 P.M. prior to the service. Memorials may be made to Berrien County Cancer Service. Those wishing to send a condolence online may do so at www.starks-menchinger.com.
Sheila was born on January 5, 1949, in Pick City, North Dakota, to Herbert and Frieda (Ellwein) Stiefel. On March 10, 1970, she married Charles Olin in Guam. She and Charles lived in Grand Rapids for 20 years, and during that time, Sheila worked at It's Beauty Time for 20 years. Sheila enjoyed gardening, decorating her home for the holidays and collecting dolls.
Sheila is survived by her husband Charles and two brothers, Herbert (Dolores) Stiefel, Fountain Valley, CA and James Stiefel (Donna), San Diego, CA.
She was preceded in death by her parents and by a brother John Stiefel.
