Beloved husband of Barbara Wegener Fitzgerald and the late Helen Bonczek Fitzgerald; dear father of Stephen J., Jane (the late Joe Lane) Hylton, and Annie Fitzgerald; dear grandfather of Justin Hylton and Brendan Fitzgerald; dear brother of Mary, John, and Thomas Fitzgerald; our dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Stephen was a WWII Veteran and POW.

Services: Visitation on Friday, February 13 from 9:00 am until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 am, at Our Lady of the Pillar Church, 410 S. Lindbergh, Creve Coeur. Private Interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
