West Palm Beach- Sterling Dean Redwine, 28, was saved from his battle by his Lord and Savior on Saturday, August 6, 2016. He was born on February 21, 1988 in High Point, the son of Wendy Shirley Fields and Jerry Dean Redwine. He attended East Davidson High School, Guilford Technical Community College, and subsequently obtained his Welding Certification in Lake Worth Fl.

Sterling was known for his contagious smile, humor, and wittiness. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. He was very passionate about music (namely lyrics), welding, his tattoos, his family, friends, his little brother Connor, his fiance' Jessica Mccanaha, sweet daughter Olivia and his Momma. He was known for his culinary skills and was an amazing artist.

Sterling was preceded in death by his precious baby boy, Kenwrenn Sterling Redwine as well as his maternal grandmother, Edith I. Shirley of Trinity, and his paternal grandparents, Ninnie and William Redwine of Thomasville.

Sterling is survived by his mother Wendy Fields and husband Rodney of Archdale; father, Jerry Redwine (Vickie) of Thomasville; Grandfather Jimmy O. Shirley of Thomasville; sisters, Chasidy Hill Robinson, brother-in-law Jemel Robinson of Thomasville and Keagon Clark Stephens, brother-in-law Christopher Stephens of Trinity; brothers, William Reid Redwine, sister-in-law, Amber Redwine of Thomasville, Jeremy Dallas Redwine of Waynesville, and his little brother Connor O'Neil Redwine of the home; step-sister Cameron Fields of Trinity; step-brother Brett Fields of Trinity; nieces and nephews, Mallory Dean, Jalynn Dean & Mason Robinson, Brayden Stephens, Aubrea Kate Stephens & Kolden Stephens, Jeremy Dallas Redwine, II, Randy Lawrence, Jayden Lawrence, Nala Lawrence & Corelin Redwine & Owyn Redwine; several aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends.

Although Sterling had many, many friends, his family would like to acknowledge and thank the following for being special friends to him throughout his earthly journey- Brent Coggins of Thomasville, Drew Barber of South Carolina, Ron Schippert of Lake Worth Fl., and Paige Phares of Florida.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 14, 216 at 2:30 pm at New Life Baptist Church in High Point with Pastor Michael Mabe officiating the service. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 13 between 6pm and 8pm at Sechrest Funeral Service in Archdale.
