Syble McMahen Waller, 93 of Magnolia, Arkansas passed away on Monday, March 19, 2012 at the Magnolia Health and Rehabilitation Center in Magnolia.
She was born on June 2, 1918 in Village, Arkansas to the late Ed McMahen and Ethel Elanor (Wilson) McMahen. She was a retired telephone operator for Southwestern Bell Telephone and a member of the First Baptist Church in Magnolia.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; Malvin Mahlon Waller; son, Terry Lee Waller; four brothers, and three sisters.
Syble is survived by a daughter, Eleanor Holly and husband James of Magnolia; four grandchildren, Scott Waller and wife Shelia of Camden, Chris Waller and wife Priscilla of Magnolia, Susan Morrison and husband Eric of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Sharon Burdine and husband Mike of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; and nine great grandchildren.
Visitation with the family will be Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. of Magnolia. Interment will be at Magnolia City Cemetery on Friday, March 23, 2012.
