Thomas Murray Ott, 74, of Isle of Palms, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Sunday, January 23, 2022. His memorial service will be held Friday, January 28, 2022 in J Henry Stuhr, Inc., Mt. Pleasant Chapel, at 4:00 pm. His family will hold a celebration of life immediately following.

Tom was born October 6, 1947 in Washington , DC, son of the late Jerome Billman Ott and the late Mary Dowd Ott. He grew up a loyal Washington Redskins Fan, and worked hard owning two businesses, Jeff's Trailer Service Co in Red Top, and Wild Bill and Crazy Tom's Fireworks.

He is survived by his son, Matthew Adam Ott of Charleston, SC; three grandchildren, Greyson Tyler Ott, Peyton Rolla Ott and Austin Alexander Ott; two brothers, Kevin Ott (Ruth) of Washington, DC, and James Ott of Maryland; and his ex-wife, Vicky Ott of Summerville, SC. He is preceded in death by his daughter Meggan Dianne Ott; son, Jeffrey Brendon Ott; brother, Robert Ott; and longtime companion, Rebecca Foster.
