Taylor
Virginia W. Taylor, 90, formerly of Williamsport, passed away Saturday, April 28, 2012 in Columbia, Maryland.

She was born July 5, 1921 in Williamsport, the daughter of Laurence E., Sr. and Orpha (Livermore) Wood.

Virginia was the wife of the late Arthur L. Taylor with whom she shared 55 years of marriage prior to his passing in 1997.

She was a longtime member of the Covenant Central Presbyterian Church.

Earlier in her life she was a secretary at the Williamsport Hospital and for Dr. Matthew M. Mansuy.

She is survived by a daughter, Carol J. (Donald) Reynolds of Columbia, MD and a son, Donald L. (Susan) Taylor of Homosassa, FL.; four grandchildren, five great grandchildren; a brother Max C. Woods of Stephen City, VA.

Virginia was predeceased by a brother, Laurence E. Wood.

Family suggests memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Associations, 1704 Warren Ave., Williamsport, PA 17701.

A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements are being handled by the James C. Maneval Funeral Home, Ltd. "A Life Celebration Home" 500 W. Fourth St., Williamsport.
