Walter Edward Luton, 77
Born in Picher, OK
passed Jan 22, 2015 in Auburn, WA

He served in the Army in early 60's. He was a carpenter in construction by trade.

He was a proud family man. He was a gentle, loving father who was always there for his children whatever they needed. His grandchildren and new great grandchildren were his pride and joy. He was forever giving them hugs and kisses. It was not unusual for him to get down on the floor and play with them.

He had a big heart and loved others without reservation. He did not favor, he treated all equally. He will be remembered fondly by those whose lives he touched throughout his lifetime. Whether he was being silly, or teasing others, he got the most joy by telling those he cared about, a really good joke. His talent was to bring smiles and laughter to others. He had a wonderful sense of humor.

He is predeceased by his wife, Sharon J. Luton and daughter, Rebecca K. Luton. Also his parents, Maggie E. and Walter S. Luton.
He is survived by brother Jerry Luton, Tulsa, OK. His daughter Rhonda Lind, Algona, WA. His son Ed Luton, Renton, WA and daughter Dee Randall, Auburn, WA. Plus his 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
I would like to thank the staff at Canterbury House in Auburn WA for loving care given to him during his stay.
