Walter passed away on Monday, February 26, 2018.

Walter was a resident of Saluda, Virginia at the time of passing.

A memorial service will be private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Forest Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, P.O. Box 425, Saluda, VA 23149.
