CARR Wayne A. Carr born on June 12, 1930 in Burdett, Kansas went to be with the Lord on April 17, 2012 at the age of 81. Mr. Carr served his country in the United States Air Force where he later retired as a Major. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Marilyn M. Carr, and children Jeni and Alan. Survivors include his loving sons Jeff L. Carr and wife Linda, Dara J. Carr and Eric A. Carr, sister Mary Alice Lane, 3 grandchildren Stephen Carr, Autumn Moralez and Amber Talavera, 4 great grandchildren Dusty Delozier, Caelan, Jaden and Raynan Talavera, and other loving family members and friends. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Bethesda Temple on 2210 Basse Road. Interment will follow at Mission Burial Park South.
