Wayne Franklin Wright, 72, of Paris, passed away at his home Tuesday, December 26, 2017.

The family has scheduled a gathering at their home on Saturday, Dec. 30th, from 2 – 4 p.m. Cremation was under the care and direction of Bright-Holland Funeral Home.

Wayne, the son of Keith Franklin Wright & Earnestine Chambliss Wright, was born Jan. 5, 1945, in Oakland, CA.

He served in the U. S. Air Force as a Crypto Repairman during the Vietnam War, enlisting in 1966, and being honorably discharged in 1971.

His career with Hewlett-Packard, as a World Wide Service Support Manager, spanned thirty-one years before his retirement.

Wayne could rebuild your PC or your small block engine. He enjoyed restoring old tractors and cars. His dedication to excellence and achievement will serve as an inspiration for all those that were blessed enough to know him.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Ann Michel Wright, whom he married on May 21, 1966, building fifty-one years of family and memories, two daughters, Leslie Kathleen Hannah & husband Phil of Bandera and Allison Michel Wallace & husband Brian of Paris, grandchildren, Hayden Wallace, Nolan Wallace, Connor Nevarez, Michael Nevarez and Kyle Hannah, a sister, Kaye Raspolich & husband Dave of Valley Center, CA along with a host of friends.
