William "Bill" Edward Keffer
William"Bill" Edward Keffer 60, of Princewick, went to be with the lord on Thursday May 3, 2012 following a long illness.
Born June 6, 1951 in Fireco, was the son of the late Eddie Armon Keffer and Mildred Howlett Keffer of Princewick.
Bill loved playing games with his family, he was a diehard WVU and New York Jets Fan, loved NASCAR, Cincinnati Reds, but Bill dearly loved his mother. He was of the Holiness faith.
In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his long time companion, Lillian Cangemi.
Along with his mother he is survived by three brothers; David Lee Keffer of Coal City, Bobby Gene Keffer of Princewick, Armon Dale Keffer and wife Cindy of Flat Top. Two Sisters, Brenda Mae Lewis and Jimmy of Dallas, Texas and Phyllis Jane Lilly and companion Pete Jennings of Jonben. He is also survived by a very special cousin, Daris Bolen of Princewick, 4 nieces, 5 nephews and a host of friends.
Services will be held Monday May 7, 2012 at the Blue Ridge Funeral Home at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Nina Bays and Rev. Gary Eskins officiating. Burial will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
Friends may gather with the family from 1:00 P.M. till service time Monday at the Funeral Home. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
The family would like to give special thanks to the care that was provided by Raleigh General Hospital, Jan-Care ambulance service and the home health care nurses.
