William was born on September 15, 1938 and passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2018.

William was a resident of Pitsburg, Ohio at the time of passing.

After retirement, Bill continued working as a service assistant with the Dayton Daily News and was a member of the International Stereotyper's Union. Funeral Services will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at the Union United Methodist Church (222 Shaw Road, Union) with Rev. Jeffery Blair officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday, from 2:00 p.m. until time of services at the church. Interment will be at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens in Brookville.

If desired, memorial contributions may be made to Union United Methodist Church.
