Windell D. Keeling,53, of Pekin, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at Pekin Hospital. He was born on March 23, 1962 in Marianna, Arkansas to Sam and Maxine (Roland) Keeling.
He is survived by his mother, Maxine Keeling of East Peoria, Illinois, his father, Sam Keeling of Marianna, Arkansas; two sisters, Ellen Harris of Creve Coeur, Illinois and Nadine Bunann fo Judsonia, Arkansas.
